1. Nonrefundable/Nontransferable Payments:

All payments made towards group trips are nonrefundable and nontransferable. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but due to the intricate planning and commitments involved in organizing group trips, we regret that we cannot offer refunds once a reservation is confirmed. We recommend careful consideration before making a booking.

2. Trip Cancellations by Blooming Voyage:

In the rare event that Blooming Voyage cancels a group trip due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons beyond our control, participants will be given the choice of either transferring their payment to an alternative trip or receiving a full refund. We commit to communicating such cancellations promptly and transparently, keeping the best interests of our travelers in mind.

3. Travel Insurance Recommended:

To mitigate the impact of unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations or interruptions, all travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. This insurance should cover a range of situations, such as medical emergencies, trip delays, or cancellations. We have provided recommendations for travel insurance options for your convenience, and we encourage you to review them carefully.

4. Traveler Responsibilities:

Participants are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of the travel insurance they choose. Blooming Voyage is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate coverage or failure to secure travel insurance. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that their chosen insurance adequately meets their needs and the nature of the trip.

5. Changes to Bookings:

Once a reservation is confirmed, changes to bookings, including name corrections, dates, or trip details, may not be possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Any requests for changes will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and additional fees may apply.
