While 6 months of validity is not required to travel to Mexico, we recommend to always have at minimum of 6 months of passport validity on your passport when traveling with Blooming Voyage as it is a requirement for select destinations.

Please make all reservations in the name reflected on your identification and/or passport.

All payments made to Blooming Voyage are deemed non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is established due to contractual commitments with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that restrict the possibility of obtaining refunds.

Upon making a reservation, you will be seamlessly enrolled in our automatic billing plan, providing you with the convenience of stress-free future payments. This is a complimentary payment service at no additional cost to you.

You will receive a reminder email 5 days before your automatic billing processes and a courtesy email the morning of the payment.

Your initial deposit is required at the time of booking, and subsequent payments will align with the schedule outlined in your invoice. If you prefer not to participate in automatic billing, please send an email to payments@bloomingvoyage.com after completing your reservation and we’d be happy to assist you.

In the event of a late payment, a late fee of $25 will be applied after the first day each day the payment is overdue. Should the payment remain outstanding beyond the fifth day, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and it becomes nonrefundable. We kindly request timely adherence to payment schedules to avoid any inconvenience.

If your travel reservations have been canceled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservation, a service reinstatement fee of $75 will be added to your invoice and must be settled in advance before we are able to reconfirm your booking.

Engaging in chargebacks may lead to the cancellation of your reservation and could potentially impact your eligibility for future travel arrangements with Blooming Voyage.
